5-5-16 Mima ~ Big Loop ~

Been tearing the front room apart, texturing and painting a week off from riding, (insert the crazy face here)  !!  

Thank the Lord, and Denny I took the afternoon off and rode and rode and rode,, 13 miles !!!  I didn't want to come back ;)

The smells were so wonderful, the colors are beyond vibrant and oh, so very quiet.......

3/31/16 Hello Graduate !!

Introducing Ivy Zepp

She has been in school for about 7 weeks and she is now venturing out on to the trails.

she is doing so well, very brave and honest

Graduation !!  

she is now ready to go to her home and adventure with her mom !!

I started out on Ivy, and about half way through our ride Sandi switched and finished out the ride on Ivy.  And they connected <3

3-20-16 1st Day of Spring

First trail ride in over a month 

Rainy day, wet gear day.. 

if we didn't ride in the rain,, we wouldn't ride at all... that is, here in western Washington.

Powder has been off for a little over a month, ever since she took a bad step into a pretty deep hole with both back legs.  I checked her out before we hauled out, and she was moving real nice and seemed very comfortable. Our ride was at the Mima trail, Equine Loop, very benign, very groomed trails, pony in the park easy. We kept it short, only 5.4 miles, it rained pretty much the whole ride, but hey, that is why they make rain gear !!!  ;)
